		<description>For all their intelligence and accomplishments, people in the past were pretty stupid. Of course, those in the future will prolly think the same of us.  Can present technology save us from stupidity as perceived from the future? Sure, that&#039;s a lazily rhetorical question, but I think it&#039;s high time we had answers. It must have been difficult to avoid the promise of the Soul-Blending Telegraphs over the years, mostly because they sound so freakin&#039; cool. Were I at a 19th century carnival or World&#039;s Fair or what have you, and the barker&#039;s pushing a Soul-Blending Telegraph, well damn, I would sell the farm for a ride on one of those.</description>
